RETURNS

DPM Performance trades in line with the UK Distance Selling Regulations.

Upon delivery of your order, any damaged or missing parts must be reported to us by email within 48 working hours. When doing so please include your order number and if necessary any pictures showing the damaged parts. Any missing or damaged parts will be replaced at the earliest possible opportunity.

If you wish to return any unwanted parts, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will issue you with a returns number and address. All parts must be returned back to us within 14 days of delivery in there unopened, unused original condition with any packaging included. We recommend using a recorded or registered delivery to return any parts as we are not responsible for any returns while in transit back to us. A refund for the purchase price of the parts, minus any postage and packaging costs originally incurred to us including orders with free delivery, will be issued back to the original method of payment within 7 working days of receiving the parts back. We reserve the right to refuse to accept any parts or packaging which are not returned in the condition stated above.

No order accepted by the seller can be cancelled without the seller's consent via email and under no circumstances can the seller allow cancellation or return of orders for goods made or specially adapted to the buyer's requirements unless the parts are not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose or not as originally described. Any item that is not carried in stock or is out of stock with either us or our suppliers will be classed as a special order item and therefore non returnable. All refunds for cancellations will be made within 48 working hours.
