Yes I can confirm these H&R lowering suspension springs will fit the VW Golf 4 1.9TDi PD130 and will work with the Bilstein B4 damper / shock absorber kit but you will need to go for the Bilstein B4 Sport. Another good option would be the Eibach Pro lowering suspension springs we also have listed."
