This website is operated by DPM Performance, whose registered office is Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE2 2HT. It is a UK based website and takes reasonable care to comply with the requirements of the UK Data Protection Act 1998 relating to the personal information you supply on the Site.

In these Term & Conditions, ‘the buyer’ and ‘you’ means the person, firm or company who purchases a product or products from this website or accepts a quotation from the seller for sale of the goods or whose order for the goods is accepted by the seller. ‘The seller’, ‘us’, ‘our’ or ‘we’ means ‘DPM Performance’. ‘The goods’ means the goods and or materials, which the seller is to supply and which are the subject of the contract between the seller and the buyer.

Site content is owned and copyrighted by DPM Performance. You may not permit, create unauthorised framing of, or deep linking to DPM Performance or the creation of derivative works thereof from any other website under your management or control.

Stated lowering amounts and specs are provided by the manufacturer of the product and tested within their own tolerances. They are taken from standard spec and may differ if the vehicle has Sport or non-standard suspension fitted. All images are provided by the manufacturer of the product and intended for illustration purposes only and thus may differ slightly from the actual product.
We may occasionally amend these Terms & Condition and place the new version on the site, any changes will become effective immediately and supersede any prior Terms & Conditions.

UK MAINLAND ORDERING
We have 3 ways in which you can order parts from us, via telephone or email during our office hours or via the internet through our online store 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that all details provided to the seller are correct and if there are any changes to the details supplied, it is the buyer’s responsibility to inform the seller as soon as possible.

No order paid for with a credit or debit card will be processed unless the registered card address is supplied and matches.
Our full online store uses the latest industry leading 128bit hacker safe security and is fully SSL certified to ensure any details provided by the buyer are fully protected and confidential. All personal information is held on our secure server until the order has been processed and is then deleted.

We will not sell, distribute or disclose information about you as an individual or your personal usage of the site, either now or in the future unless required to do so by law.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERING
Currentley you can not order goods from outside the UK via our online store but we can accept International orders via email and telephone during our office hours. Payment must be made in Pound Sterling via bank transfer or Paypal after the order has been confirmed.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that all details provided to the seller are correct and if there are any changes to the details supplied, it is the buyer’s responsibility to inform the seller as soon as possible.

PAYMENT AND PRICES
We accept payment in the following forms, all major credit and debit cards, Paypal, cheque or cash.
All prices listed in our online store include VAT at 20% and are correct at time of publishing and are subject to change without prior notice.

It is a crime to use a false name or a known invalid credit or debit card to order. Anyone caught wilfully entering an erroneous or fictitious order will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. We track the electronic 'fingerprints' of every order placed online to enable us and all legitimate crime prevention and prosecution authorities to trace individual users engaging in criminal activities on our website.

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

WARRANTY
All warranty on parts purchased from DPM Performance is provided by the part manufacturer and not DPM Performance. All parts come with a minimum of 12 months warranty with most having 24 months but for any more information on warranty cover for a particular part please contact us prior to purchase. 

LEGAL
No contract for the sale of any goods will exist unless DPM  Performance accepts your order and we've received your payment in full.

Any contract entered into between the seller and the buyer shall in all respects be construed and operate as an English Contract subject to the Laws of England.
