TELEPHONE ORDERS

You can place your order over the phone by calling 0191 2816844 5 days a week between 8.30am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday. We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Switch, Solo and Delta.

When ordering over the phone we will require the product or products you wish to order, vehicles details, billing and delivery address, a contact telephone number and email address, the payment card number, expiry date and the last 3 digits on the back (CVC number).

All details provided will be security checked and orders will only be processed if the details given exactly match the registered details of the card.
