"Thank you for your question. Yes the Eibach Pro lowering suspension springs for the Audi S3 8P will fit the Bilstein B8 damper / shock absorber kit but the front Bilstein B8 dampers / shock absorbers would need to be shortened by 20mm, this is something we can arrange with Bilstein if required."
